HOA Board Meetings - 4th Tuesday @ 6PM via Zoom
Informing and mobilizing our neighbors.
Creating practical solutions to improve our HOA.
Thank you, Stetson Hills neighbors.
The May 2026 HOA election showed that homeowners care deeply about this community and want positive change, stronger communication, transparency, accountability, and a more homeowner-focused HOA.
SHCG will remain active for now as a neighbor-led information and engagement resource. Our focus is shifting from election change efforts to helping homeowners stay informed, understand what is changing, and find ways to get involved through surveys, committees, meetings, and volunteer opportunities.
You will see a number of changes to this website in the coming weeks and months as we move into this next phase. At the same time, we plan to archive many of the issues and concerns that were previously identified, so we never lose sight of how far the community has come.
This is still the homeowners’ HOA. The more neighbors who participate, the stronger our community will be.
The future of Stetson Hills is bright.
Stetson Hills Common Good (SHCG) is a coalition of your neighbors that came together to fix what many homeowners believed was a broken Stetson Hills HOA. We are a neighbor-led volunteer group formed by residents who simply wanted an HOA Board and community committees that are transparent, fair, reasonable, ethical, and lawful.
This website was created to give homeowners a clear, centralized place to get informed using resident experiences and the HOA’s own documents, so neighbors can understand what’s happening, why it matters, and how to engage effectively.
Our mission was to create a community that better represents and responds to the needs of all homeowners.
Common Good stands for fair rules, due process, and open governance that respects homeowners’ property rights while supporting reasonable community standards. All Stetson Hills homeowners are encouraged to:

This website is a work in progress. SHCG is operated by volunteer neighbors who are doing our best, while balancing jobs, families, and everyday life, to build the site, verify information, and keep the community informed. We appreciate your patience as we continue organizing materials and improving the site over time.
