How to attend hoa board meetings

Stetson Hills HOA meetings are typically held via Zoom on the 4th Tuesday of the month at 6 pm (AZ), except for the Annual Meeting (usually in May), which is generally held in person and includes elections.

Meeting dates, notices, and attendance instructions are provided through the Stetson Hills HOA community portal on City Property Management’s website (cityproperty.com).

To stay informed, homeowners should sign up for the management company’s email notifications so you receive meeting notices, agendas, and Zoom access details as they are issued.
