Stetson Hills Common Good (“SHCG,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is a neighbor led volunteer group focused on HOA transparency, accountability, and homeowner centered solutions.

When you submit information to SHCG (for example, through a form, survey, signup, email, or other outreach), we may collect:

• Confirmation that you are a Stetson Hills homeowner

• Name

• Email address

• Preferred level of involvement (updates only vs. volunteering)

• Comments, experiences, and feedback related to HOA and community issues (including dates or timeframes, if you choose to share)

Please do not submit passwords or sensitive personal, financial, or medical information.

We use your information only for SHCG community purposes, including:

• Sending opt in updates (meetings, HOA information, community updates, and related communications)

• Organizing volunteer efforts and responding to volunteer interest

• Reviewing and understanding reported issues to identify patterns and prioritize solutions

• Contacting you only if you allow it, and only as needed to clarify your submission

4. How We Share Your Information

• We do not sell your information.

• We do not publish your personal information (including your address) without your approval.

• Access to submissions is limited to a small group of SHCG neighbor volunteers who need it for organizing and communications.

• If SHCG shares homeowner experiences publicly (for example, summaries, reports, or presentations), we do so in a way that avoids personal identification unless you explicitly give permission.

5. Where Information Is Stored

Information may be collected and stored using common tools (for example, Google Forms and related Google tools such as spreadsheets) under SHCG’s control. We limit access to authorized volunteers only.

6. Retention

We retain submissions as long as reasonably necessary for SHCG communications, organizing, and recordkeeping. If you ask us to delete your information, we will make reasonable efforts to do so, subject to any legal or safety needs.

7. Your Choices

You can:
