SHCG is a neighbor-led volunteer group providing information and organizing resources related to HOA governance and community concerns.
2) Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this website or its content to:
harass, threaten, intimidate, or encourage retaliation against any person
post or distribute private personal information (doxxing), including addresses, personal phone numbers, private emails, or other identifying details
impersonate others or submit information you know to be false
upload malware or attempt to interfere with the site’s operation
violate any applicable law or third-party rights
3) User Submissions
If you submit content (text, files, photos):
you represent you have the right to share it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge
you agree SHCG may store, review, summarize, and use submissions for informational and organizing purposes consistent with our Privacy Policy
you understand SHCG may remove identifying information and may decline to publish or share content that is not appropriate for a public forum
4) Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise noted, SHCG-created content (text, graphics, layout) is owned by SHCG and may not be republished for commercial purposes without permission. Public documents (e.g., statutes, posted agendas/minutes) remain the property of their respective owners and are shared for informational purposes.
