Improper Board Actions Reports: Homeowner Findings provides summaries of issues raised by homeowners regarding HOA governance, meeting practices, enforcement, and committee decisions.
Our goal is to help homeowners understand what’s happening and why it matters. These reports are grounded in source documents and resident accounts. If you’ve experienced similar issues, you can share your experience publicly or use our private Input & Updates Form or info@stetsonhillscommongood.com, so our volunteer team of your neighbors can continue tracking patterns and keep you informed. Homeowners are encouraged to use this information to ask questions, talk with neighbors, attend HOA meetings, and engage in lawful, constructive action to improve transparency and accountability.
Importantly, while some reports will focus on agenda and open-meeting concerns, we will also be sharing other documented board and committee actions that homeowners believe are improper, especially where decisions impact property rights, due process, and consistent enforcement.
Homeowners are actively reviewing additional meeting-compliance and other concerns and have and will continue to submit HOA records requests seeking supporting materials, including notices/agendas, minutes, board packets, action records, and recordings. As records are produced and reviewed, SHCG expects to share additional examples where homeowners believe notice, agenda, and open-meeting practices did not meet Arizona law requirements or the Stetson Hills governing documents.
